The slatted wheels consist of radial tabs fixed on a hub. The hub itself can be bored or mounted on stem for convenience of use. Wheel flexibility web blades and slatted wheels they allow them to adapt to all forms and ensure a more regular finish and a great ease of adaptation to the work to be performed. Thanks to their small, slatted wheels on stem can be used with light electro-portable machines for a flexible work small or difficult to access surfaces. With a diameter of 15 to 80 mm and rods of 3 to 8 mm, the slatted wheels on the stem are available in granulometry P40 to P320. Abrasive wheels convolute or compact consist of a central core on which are wound several layers of nylon non woven impregnated with a binder and loaded with abrasive grains silicon carbide different grain sizes and density. Wheels convolute are compact and used for a multitude of applications in metalworking. Generally mounted on established turrets, convolute or compact wheels are particularly useful for removing burrs, rust and oxides on steel, stainless steel, titanium and special alloys. Convolute or compact wheels can also be used, depending on their grade and density, to debunk, sand or polish welds, make a striped finish or prepare supports before applying decorative finishes.
