Made of felt, sisal, cotton or mixed, polishing discs can be compact, ventilated, wavy or pleated. We offer specific sisal polishing discs for cutlery and silverware, as well as CORD T models dedicated to polishing shape parts. Mixed sisal/sewed cotton discs are available for use on smooth parts in all types of metals or in brushing preparation for polishing with cotton discs.
How can we best use them?
The discs are made in materials and follow special techniques that each type of disc will have its specific application for the desired result: satin, polished mirror, avivage, etc. Discs are usually used with a impregnation polishing paste according to the result you are looking to get on your parts. Our discs are provided with or without impregnation, leaving you the possibility to apply yourself your "house" polishing paste mixtures. They are recommended for optimal results on stainless steel, steel alloys, titanium or fiberglass.
