POLISHING DISCHES cotton flannel for maximum gloss polishing.

Composed of superimposed layers of carded cotton fabric, these discs are sewn in their center for perfect support and maximum flexibility.

The soft and silky material to the touch is slightly felted to give an exceptional shine to surfaces treated with cutlery or goldsmith's pieces.

30 sheets of carded cotton for these flannel POLISHING DISQUES.

With a standard thickness of about 18 to 20 mm, these discs usually consist of 30 sheets superimposed. They can be mounted in series on a support axis for superior requirements of stationary and automated polishing systems.

To wipe, polish or live.

Our flannel POLISHING DISQUES can be used on all types of metal, composite or wood materials.

For perfect wiping, the speed of rotation during processing should be reduced (1800 to 3000 t/min max depending on the disc diameter).

For polishing or vibrating operations a higher speed use is recommended (maximum 2500 to 6000 t/min depending on diameter) in order to obtain a perfect and homogeneous maximum shine over the entire room surface. For wiping or avivage no impregnation is necessary for the use of these rubs.
