Damax is a pure concentrate of all the know-how of the Swedish firm. Fruit of advanced technology, Damax is a multilayer Damascus steel produced by innovative industrial methods. It is composed of a succession of up to 135 layers of shades Alleima following:

7C27MO2, stainless steel generally used for electric razor blades and springs;

The 19C27, a stainless steel cutlery very resistant to wear.

The alliance of these two shades of steel gives birth to Damax, a damask to the formidable technical qualities: strong hardes according to the heat treatment leads, good resistance to corrosion ... and above all, possibilities of infinite personalization, which will have a limit only the imagination Cut!

The Damax is composed of up to 135 successive layers of 7C27MO2 and 19C27. Without intervention on the part of the Cutting Artisan, a damax blade, after clogging and revelation, symmetrical lines as harmonious as elegant, almost reminiscent of the flanks of a Summinagashi VG10.

The real interest of Damax lies in the possibility that it leaves the craftsman to create his own reason. By hammering the blade or the cold bar, by means of a hammer or any other constant object, the cutter can come to create points of impact and distort the steel layers in depth, to form its own pattern. Each damax blade thus hammered is so unique, and its appearance will have limits only the imagination of the craftsman!
