We offer two heat treatment solutions for your stainless steel parts, guaranteeing a professional quality result. Just order the number of pieces you want to confide, pay the service directly online, and we take care of the rest. We offer two types of heat treatment, to meet your needs:

Quench Under vacuum and income, classical process

Quench Under vacuum, cryogenic income and low temperature income, for the best results (harsh gain and corrosion resistance).

The rates of our thermal treatment services are decreasing: the more blade you entrust, the lower the price to the unit (the rebate automatically applies when adding to the basket). You can find all rates at a glance in the information sheet, as well as in the image gallery of this product sheet. Because of the means used to achieve it, we do not treat blades by cryogenics than for a minimum of 5 pieces.

How is the heat treatment with EuRotechni?

Nothing easier! Simply follow the steps below:

Place the number of pieces you want to entrust according to the service you want (quench under vacuum, or quench with Cryo treatment).

Before paying, choose the carrier by which you want us to return your treated blades.

Download the information sheet to attach to your shipment by clicking here or the button "Download the data sheet". Complete the requested information and attach the plug to send blades.

Send us your blades by means of your choice at our Thier Agency: EuRotechni - TTH Service - ZA Racine - 63650 the Montel Montel.

Upon receipt of your parts, we will carry out their heat treatment according to the service you have chosen and we will send them back to you within two weeks (average time).

Important information about the heat treatment of your blades

For the heat treatment of your parts to be done from the best possible, here is a small summary of important information to consider:

Return of your blades:

EUROTECHNI declines all responsibility for delay or loss of parcels by the carrier. That's why we advise you when choosing your carrier to choose DHL, DPD or GLS. We do not recommend strongly world relay for the return of your treated blades.

Technical limits:

Our thermal treatment services are valid only for blades made of stainless steel. In the case where you will send us carbon steel blades, they would be returned without any heat treatment.

We can soak blades up to 50 centimeters maximum length. In the case where you will send us blades considered "out of size", they would be returned without any heat treatment.

Differences between ordered service and information sheet:

In the case where we would see a difference between the service ordered on the website and the information deferred on the information sheet, to attach with your sending of blades, we reserve the right to return your blades without thermal treatment, or to charge you a possible additional cost.

Warning: In case you commode other products from the website in addition to the heat treatment, please note that we will only expedition of the order once the blades treated.
